How We Review: What BETPK Checks Before It Writes
BETPK is an independent guide — not a casino, not an operator, no deposits, no games, no balances. When this site describes an operator it is reading published material against a fixed list of questions. Here is that list, the evidence that satisfies it, and an explicit statement of what we cannot know. 21+ only.
The checks
| Check | The question | Why it is on the list |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | Is a licensee and a regulator named in text on the operator's own pages? | A named entity can be compared against a regulator's published material; a logo cannot |
| Payment rails | Which named rails, and does the cashier publish its own limits and cut-offs? | The rail decides whether a transfer is immediate or waits for a banking day |
| Terms clarity | Can wagering, expiry and maximum-bet rules be understood in one reading? | Unreadable terms are a cost that never appears on the banner |
| KYC rules | Which documents, and at what point is verification triggered? | The commonest cause of a slow first withdrawal is unfinished verification |
| Complaint route | Does escalation go past first-line chat, and is a regulator named? | A dispute with no route out of the chat window is a dispute you lose |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Are limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion self-service? | A control you must request arrives too late to be a control |
| Support channels | Which channels, which language, which hours? | Problems happen at night |
| App distribution | Where does any app come from and how does it update? | Outside a store, source and signature are the only safeguards left |
We run the same eight in the same order every time so that two pages on this site can be compared with each other rather than read as two opinions.
Evidence that counts
- The operator's own pages — terms, cashier, verification, complaints, responsible gaming — read as published rather than as summarised in an advert.
- Public regulator and payment-provider material that does not require an account to see.
- Internal contradictions, which are evidence in their own right.
- Silence, recorded as silence rather than filled in.
Not accepted: a stranger's screenshot, a figure copied from another affiliate site, a testimonial, or any number whose source a reader cannot open.
What we cannot verify
This site holds no accounts and runs no tests against a cashier. The list below is therefore permanently beyond us, and printing it is more useful than implying otherwise.
- Withdrawal speed. Timing is the operator's and the rail's, and the cashier page is the only current source.
- Whether a bonus will be honoured in your case under terms that can change after we read them.
- Whether the RTP printed in a game's info screen is the setting actually running in a particular lobby.
- How support behaves on its worst night.
- Anything about your account, now or ever.
So every operator-specific number on this site — minimums, fees, caps, processing windows, bonus amounts — is attributed to the operator and linked to its cashier page. A page explaining how a rail settles is still true next year; a page quoting a fee is often wrong within weeks.
No scores, no invented reviewers
There is no rating out of ten and no ranked list of operators here. Eight findings cannot be averaged into one digit without destroying the information, and the digit is what people remember. Scores also keep looking confident long after the facts underneath them have moved.
We publish under the site's name rather than inventing a reviewer with a photograph and a job title. Credentials are the first thing a reader cannot check, and a fabricated author is a worse signal than no author.
Partner links
Some outbound links on this site are partner links and may pay us a commission if you register after clicking one. That is how a free guide funds itself and you should know it before the click.
Payment buys link placement and nothing else. No operator previews a draft, no commission adds or removes a finding, and where a partner's terms are unclear the page says they are unclear. A commission that required us to describe an undisclosed licence as disclosed would simply be declined.
Dates and corrections
Each page shows when it was published and last modified. Our structural defence against staleness is to describe mechanisms and point at live operator pages for figures, because mechanisms survive and figures do not.
Corrections are welcome through the contact route on our about page. Name the page and the sentence; if it is wrong it changes, and the modified date records it.
What BETPK is
A guide, and nothing more: not a casino, not an operator, not an agent. No deposits are taken here, no games are run, no balances are held, and no dispute can be settled from this site. If something must happen to an account, the route is the operator's support in writing, then your e-wallet's in-app help, then PAGCOR's published complaint channel.
Everything here is for adults aged 21 and over and treats gambling as paid entertainment with a cost set before the session, never as a source of income.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you give operators a score?
No. Eight checks are reported separately, in words, including when the operator publishes nothing on a point.
Have you tested the cashiers you write about?
No, and we never claim to have done. We hold no accounts, so payout speed is outside what we can know.
What is the most common finding?
'Not disclosed'. It is often the truth and it is informative — an operator that will not name its licensee in text has answered a question.
Do you earn from the links?
Some are partner links which may pay a commission. They never change the wording, and no operator sees a draft before publication.
Why no fees or minimums on your pages?
Because they move and a frozen figure misleads. We explain what drives them and send you to the operator's cashier for today's number.
Who is the author?
The team that maintains the site, publishing under its name. We do not invent bylines or credentials.
Can you chase an operator for me?
No — there is no door from here into anyone's systems. The order that does work is the operator's complaints procedure, then your e-wallet's own in-app help, then PAGCOR's published route.
